Official Launch of the PACTE TPME in Rabat

Under the presidency of Ryad Mezzour, and in the presence of Fatim-Zahra Ammor, Omar Hejira, Abdeljebbar Rachidi, and Chakib Alj, the official launch of the PACTE TPME (Plan for Accelerating Growth and Transformation of Very Small, Small, and Medium Enterprises) took place on April 29, 2026, in Rabat.

A Structuring Program for Competitiveness

Positioned within the framework of the State-Agency Contract 2026-2030 and aligned with the ORBIT 2030 ambition, this new initiative aims to enhance the competitiveness, resilience, and growth of Moroccan very small, small, and medium enterprises (TPMEs). It offers an integrated support scheme tailored to the specific needs of each business, based on its level of maturity and development potential.

An Innovative and Differentiated Approach

The PACTE TPME is built on four complementary pillars: fundamentals, resilience, competitiveness, and growth. This structure reflects a renewed approach to support, emphasizing closeness to businesses, the differentiation of offered solutions, and the pursuit of tangible and measurable impact on the national economic fabric.

A Collective Mobilization of Stakeholders

The ceremony was also marked by the signing of several partnership agreements, illustrating the joint commitment of institutional, economic, and financial stakeholders to the development of Morocco’s entrepreneurial landscape.

A New Identity to Support Transformation

On this occasion, Maroc PME unveiled its new visual identity, symbolizing a profound transformation of the agency. This evolution reflects a desire to be more agile, clearer, and future-oriented, in line with its strategic ambitions and the goals of ORBIT 2030.
