Lesieur Cristal Restructures its Executive Committee to Accelerate its Transformation and Growth

Lesieur Cristal is continuing to strengthen its governance with the appointment of two new members to its Executive Committee. The Moroccan agribusiness group has announced the arrival of Badr Eddine Aboussoror as Executive Director of Sales & Market Development and Badreddine Idrissi Sbai as Executive Finance Director, as part of its transformation and development strategy.

This reorganization is aimed at bolstering the strategic functions of the company, improving the management of its activities, and supporting its growth ambitions both in Morocco and internationally.

Badr Eddine Aboussoror Takes the Helm of Business Development

After an initial stint at Lesieur Cristal, Badr Eddine Aboussoror is returning to the group with over twenty years of experience garnered at major international companies including Mondelez, Procter & Gamble, BMCE Capital, and Forafric.

As the head of the Sales & Market Development department, he will be tasked with overseeing B2B, B2C, and Export activities. His role will particularly focus on enhancing commercial dynamics, fostering closeness to the markets, and supporting the company’s sustainable growth objectives.

Badreddine Idrissi Sbai Assumes Leadership of the Finance Department

Meanwhile, Badreddine Idrissi Sbai joins Lesieur Cristal after a career spanning more than twenty years at leading international groups, including Whirlpool, British American Tobacco, and Procter & Gamble.

He will be responsible for steering the Finance, Legal, and Information Systems functions. His mission will primarily focus on enhancing management standards, supporting transformation projects, and optimizing the financial and organizational management of the group.

Strengthened Governance to Support the Group’s Ambitions

Commenting on these appointments, Karim Manssour Dahbi, the General Director of Lesieur Cristal, emphasized that they will accelerate the group’s transformation, improve its competitiveness, and support its growth ambitions in both domestic and international markets.

At the same time, the group announced the departure of its Deputy General Director, Baligh Ghedira, who is leaving the company to pursue a new professional endeavor.

Through this new organization, Lesieur Cristal aims to enhance its strategic execution capacity, continue its modernization efforts, and solidify its positioning among the major players in the Moroccan and regional agribusiness industry.
