Morocco Attends the Inauguration of the Conference Palace in Libreville

The President of the House of Councillors, Mohamed Ould Errachid, represented His Majesty King Mohammed VI at the official inauguration ceremony of the “Omar Bongo Ondimba” Congress Palace, held in Libreville.

An Internationally Significant Ceremony

The event took place in the presence of Gabon’s President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, along with several heads of state, foreign delegations, and representatives of the diplomatic corps.

This new Congress Palace, located in the City of Democracy, is a landmark project for Gabon.

A Royal Message of Congratulations and Solidarity

On this occasion, Mohamed Ould Errachid conveyed warm greetings and congratulations from King Mohammed VI to the Gabonese President.

The Sovereign praised the inauguration of this building as a symbol of the strengthening of institutions and the enhancement of Gabon’s presence on both the African and international stages.

The Moroccan representative reaffirmed the Kingdom’s pride in the solid bonds of brotherhood, friendship, and cooperation between Morocco and Gabon.
