OFPPT: A Budget of 6.3 Billion Dirhams Allocated for the Year 2026

The Office for Vocational Training and Job Promotion (OFPPT) will have a total budget of 6.3 billion dirhams for the year 2026, solidifying its commitment to enhancing the role of vocational training in economic development and youth employability.

This funding aims to support the expansion of infrastructure, adapt training programs to market needs, and improve the quality of education.

Priorities Focused on Tomorrow’s Skills

A significant portion of the budget will be allocated to developing new programs linked to emerging professions, particularly in industries such as digital technology, renewable energy, logistics, and services.

The goal is to better align training with the needs of businesses and the evolving labor market.

Continued Expansion of the Network of Centers

The OFPPT is also advancing the establishment of new institutions across the various regions of the Kingdom, as part of an approach to localize training offerings.

This strategy aims to bring skills closer to job markets and reduce regional disparities.

A Key Lever for Youth Employment

Vocational training is viewed as a core pillar for enhancing professional integration and addressing the challenges of unemployment, particularly among young graduates.

Through this budgetary effort, the OFPPT aims to strengthen employability, entrepreneurship, and the qualification of Moroccan human resources.

A Strategic Role in Economic Transformation

The Office now plays a structural role in supporting major industrial projects and national sectoral strategies by providing skills tailored to the needs of investors and businesses.
