Al Omrane Group Increases Consolidated Revenue by 34% in H1 2026

The Al Omrane Group reported a consolidated revenue of 2.114 billion dirhams (MAD) for the first half of 2026, reflecting a significant increase of 34% compared to the same period last year.
In the second quarter of 2026 alone, revenue surged by 43% to reach 1.497 billion MAD, as announced by the group in a statement regarding its quarterly indicators as of June 30, 2026.
Regarding the investments made by the group during the first half of 2026, they amounted to 2.931 billion MAD, marking an 11% increase. In the second quarter of 2026, investments reached 1.800 billion MAD, up by 38%.
As of the end of June 2026, the Al Omrane Group’s debt stood at 6.148 billion MAD, a 9% increase compared to the end of December 2025. This rise is primarily attributed to a bond issuance of 900 million MAD carried out in May 2026 to finance the group’s activities.
