Auto Hall bolsters its capital by nearly 250 million dirhams.

The group Auto Hall has strengthened its financial structure through a cash capital increase totaling nearly 250 million dirhams, with various stages completed in the past few weeks leading up to the official release of results by the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
According to a notice published by the Casablanca Stock Exchange, this operation has raised the company’s share capital from approximately 502.95 million dirhams to 541.41 million dirhams, due to the issuance of new shares as part of the subscription.
This operation resulted in the issuance of about 3.846 million new shares, with a nominal value of 10 dirhams per share. The issuance price was set at 65 dirhams per share, bringing the total amount raised to nearly 249.99 million dirhams.
The extraordinary general assembly of Auto Hall approved this capital increase during its meeting on May 21, 2026. It was decided to carry out the operation via cash contributions while maintaining preferential rights for existing shareholders and holders of preferential subscription rights.
The subscription period extended over more than three weeks, from July 27 to August 17, 2026, prior to the completion of the operation and the official publication of its results.
Following this increase, the number of shares comprising Auto Hall’s capital rose from approximately 50.29 million to 54.14 million shares. The share capital itself increased by roughly 38.46 million dirhams.
This operation is part of a strategy to reinforce Auto Hall’s financial structure. It is expected to provide the group with a stronger capital base to support its activities and facilitate the continuation of its strategic directions and investment projects in the Moroccan market.
