Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni emphasized that this initiative will speed up several strategic projects already initiated by her department, particularly in the areas of digital administration, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and the digital economy, with a focus on achieving tangible results.
The minister also indicated that the priority for her department is now to ensure the operational launch of the program in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, to establish all necessary conditions for its implementation before September 23, 2026.
For his part, Ousmane Dione remarked that this meeting is part of ongoing discussions initiated two years ago between the World Bank and Morocco, praising the realization of this partnership through the approval of the $250 million funding to support the national digital strategy.
