El Jadida Horse Show 2026: The 17th Edition Will Take Place from October 13 to 18 Under the Theme “The Horse in Service of Humanity”

The 17th edition of the El Jadida Horse Show will take place from October 13 to 18, 2026, at the Mohammed VI Exhibition Park in El Jadida, under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. Organized by the Horse Show Association, this event has established itself as one of the largest gatherings dedicated to the equestrian world in Morocco and Africa.
Centered around the theme “The Horse in Service of Humanity,” this edition will showcase the many dimensions of the relationship between humans and horses, while highlighting Moroccan equestrian heritage and the advancements in the equine sector.
An Essential Date for the Equestrian Sector
Since its launch in 2008, the El Jadida Horse Show has experienced consistent growth. Over the years, it has affirmed itself as a go-to platform for professionals, enthusiasts, and institutions dedicated to developing the equine sector.
Thanks to continuous improvements in its infrastructure, organization, and program offerings, the show contributes to promoting equine professions, supporting breeders, valuing equestrian disciplines, and showcasing Moroccan expertise.
The Horse at the Heart of Human Development
The chosen theme for this edition, “The Horse in Service of Humanity,” sheds light on a historic relationship built on trust, cooperation, and mutual respect.
Beyond its role in sports and cultural activities, the horse continues to contribute to the economic, social, and heritage development of the Kingdom. This theme also emphasizes the importance of animal welfare and the responsibility humans have towards horses, within a framework that respects their dignity and protection.
Raising the Bar on the International Equestrian Scene
The 2026 edition will mark a new milestone for the international positioning of the El Jadida Horse Show.
The Grand Prix of His Majesty King Mohammed VI in Show Jumping will reach the prestigious CSI5-W level, a recognition that will help attract more riders and competitors of international renown.
Additionally, another international competition will evolve from CSI1 to CSI2*, further strengthening the show’s presence in the global equestrian sports calendar.
Tbourida Among the Highlights of the Event
As every year, the Tbourida, an emblematic cultural heritage of Morocco, will play a central role in the program.
The Grand Prix of His Majesty King Mohammed VI in Tbourida will be one of the highlights of this 17th edition, providing the public with a spectacle that showcases the excellence of the sorbas, Moroccan equestrian traditions, and a craftsmanship passed down through generations.
Through this new edition, the El Jadida Horse Show reaffirms its ambition to enhance Morocco’s international profile in the equestrian domain, while promoting the cultural, sporting, and economic values associated with the equine sector.
