Flynas Launches New Direct Route from Rabat to Jeddah

Saudi low-cost airline Flynas is strengthening its presence in Morocco with the launch of a new direct flight connecting Rabat and Jeddah. This new route is part of the airline’s expansion strategy in the region, aimed at facilitating travel between the two countries.
According to the information released, the new direct flight will link Morocco’s capital, Rabat, to the city of Jeddah starting in July 2026, with a weekly frequency. Flynas thus becomes the first Saudi carrier to operate a direct route between these two cities, enhancing the flight offerings from Rabat-Salé Airport.
This initiative adds to the existing flights operated by the airline between Jeddah and other Moroccan cities, particularly Casablanca, and confirms the growing interest from the Saudi market in Morocco as a destination, especially in the tourism, business, and religious travel segments.
The flight duration is estimated to be around 6 hours and 40 minutes, allowing for a direct and quicker connection between the two capitals.
This development also aligns with the increasing trend in air traffic between Morocco and the Middle East, marked by a rise in services and diversification of airlines operating on these strategic routes.
