Job Creation and Strengthening Local Capacities

FlowPipe will create 83 stable jobs, thus contributing to the dynamics of local industrial development.

The unit has an initial capacity of approximately 200 kilometers of pipes per year, with plans for ramping up production in the coming months to meet the growing demand for hydraulic infrastructure.

A Lever for the Kingdom’s Major Hydraulic Projects

The aim of this unit is to structure a local industrial offering capable of meeting the needs of drinking water systems, irrigation, and significant structuring projects within Morocco.

The products manufactured will cover diameters of up to 3 meters, with pressure resistance reaching 32 bars and high rigidity, suitable for large-scale hydraulic infrastructures.

A Vision Aligned with Industrial and Water Sovereignty

Minister Ryad Mezzour emphasized that this project is in line with the implementation of High Royal Guidelines aimed at reinforcing the Kingdom’s industrial and water sovereignty.

He also highlighted the importance of this unit in supporting major projects related to the transfer and management of water resources, particularly in a context of significant water stress.

Plastima Reinforces Its Growth Strategy

According to Yassine Benmlih Fath, CEO of the Plastima Group, FlowPipe represents a major milestone in the group’s development strategy. It allows for the establishment of specialized industrial capacity while addressing the growing needs for hydraulic infrastructure at the national level.

The unit meets both Moroccan and international standards, confirming the group’s commitment to providing competitive technical solutions that adhere to the highest standards.

A National Context Marked by Major Water Investments

This project comes at a time marked by the implementation of the National Drinking Water Supply and Irrigation Program, which aims to sustainably secure the Kingdom’s water resources.

In this framework, FlowPipe will enhance Morocco’s ability to develop local solutions to support its large hydraulic infrastructure projects.

With the inauguration of FlowPipe, the Plastima Group confirms its position as a key player in the hydraulic solutions industry in Morocco. This project illustrates the rise of local production and the Kingdom’s determination to strengthen its industrial sovereignty in this strategic sector.
