Red Med Capital Strengthens Its Corporate Financing Operations with the Appointment of Ali Aït Mansour as General Manager of Red Med Corporate Finance

Red Med Capital has reinforced its presence in the corporate financing sector with the appointment of Ali Aït Mansour as the General Manager of Red Med Corporate Finance. This appointment reflects the group’s commitment to leveraging profiles with strong local and international experience in financial advisory and strategic operations.

Ali Aït Mansour returns to the group after more than 15 years of experience in corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising operations, marked notably by his experience in North American financial markets.

Prior to his departure, he held positions at Red Med Capital related to mergers and acquisitions from 2012 to 2016, during which he participated in several major strategic operations.

In 2016, he joined BMO (Bank of Montreal) in Toronto, Canada, where he was responsible for activities related to mergers and acquisitions. For nearly a decade, he was involved in structuring and executing transactions in both Canada and the United States, as well as various financing operations on behalf of companies.

His experience in North America also enabled him to develop a network with several investment funds specializing in venture capital and private equity, further enhancing his expertise in supporting businesses and strategic financial operations.

Before this, Ali Aït Mansour also gained experience in France, particularly with Société Générale in financing and investment activities. He has also worked with Technip Energies and Mondelēz International, enriching a career that intersects finance, investment, and strategic operations.

According to Red Med Capital, this appointment marks the return of a profile that has already developed initial experience within the group before broadening his journey internationally and acquiring in-depth expertise in the Canadian and American markets.

As the head of Red Med Corporate Finance, Ali Aït Mansour is expected to leverage this experience to enhance the group’s financial advisory services, corporate financing, and support for mergers and acquisitions, amidst a growing demand for specialized financial and strategic solutions.
