SRM Fquih Ben Salah: Zero Complaints During Eid al-Adha Thanks to Unwavering Commitment

From the break of dawn on the day of Eid al-Adha, the technical teams of the Provincial Directorate of Fquih Ben Salah were already on the ground. Their mission: to ensure that water flowed normally from all taps in the city and surrounding centers, including in the highest neighborhoods where pressure is often an issue.

Throughout the day, technicians traversed different neighborhoods to monitor reservoir levels and check pressure in the network. Despite the high water demand associated with Eid preparations, the supply remained stable and uninterrupted. The teams are also on standby to respond quickly if needed.

The results speak for themselves: not a single complaint was registered throughout the province, neither regarding water nor electricity. This rare achievement prompted the Provincial Director to extend a warm message of thanks to all his collaborators.

He took a moment to praise their professionalism and dedication, noting that this success is the result of meticulous preparation that began long before the big day. He also had a special thought for those who spent the holiday away from their families to ensure service continuity, commending them as exemplary in their sense of duty.

The Director concluded by expressing his pride in working with such a committed team, reaffirming that service to the citizen remains the utmost priority of the Provincial Directorate.
