The ONMT is preparing a new generation of the Morocco Pavilion starting in 2027.

National Moroccan Tourism Office Unveils Ambitious New Strategy
The National Moroccan Tourism Office (ONMT) is taking a significant step forward in its strategy to promote Morocco as a travel destination on the international stage. The agency has announced an open call for bids to design, implement, animate, and manage a new generation of the Morocco Pavilion, which will debut in 2027 at major international tourism trade shows.
This initiative aims to create a modern, immersive, and high-performance showcase for Moroccan tourism, enhancing the Kingdom’s appeal in its key source markets while supporting industry professionals in their international development.
Strengthened Presence at Major Tourism Trade Shows
The upcoming Morocco Pavilion will be present at the seven largest international tourism trade shows. Through this initiative, the ONMT aims to establish a space designed as a genuine economic development tool, benefiting the entire national tourism ecosystem.
The goal is to provide Moroccan operators with an appropriate framework for professional meetings, commercial prospecting, and forming new partnerships with international buyers.
Three Spaces to Showcase Morocco’s Diverse Tourism Offerings
The new concept will be organized around three complementary areas.
The first area will be dedicated to Moroccan professionals, hosting tourism operators, Regional Tourism Councils (CRT), the national airline, and cultural activities that highlight Morocco’s heritage and identity.
A second area, called the Territorial Immersion Zone, will offer visitors a sensory experience that allows them to discover the various tourist regions of the Kingdom through a renewed scenography tailored to each trade show.
Lastly, a Premium Partners Zone will be dedicated to hotel groups, destination management companies (DMC), and receptive agencies. This space will provide these stakeholders with increased visibility among international professionals and buyers.
A Strategy to Enhance the Competitiveness of Moroccan Tourism
With this new generation of the Morocco Pavilion, the ONMT aims to modernize its promotional strategy abroad and strengthen the competitiveness of Morocco as a destination in international markets.
By focusing on an immersive approach, functional spaces, and improved showcasing of national tourist offerings, the Office seeks to create more commercial opportunities for Moroccan operators and support the growth of the sector in the coming years.
