ANCFCC: Record Revenue of Nearly 11 Billion Dirhams by 2025

The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre, and Cartography (ANCFCC) has concluded the 2025 financial year with record results, confirming its strategic role in securing land tenure and fostering economic development in the Kingdom. Meeting under the presidency of the Minister of Agriculture, Ahmed El Bouari, the Agency’s Board of Directors approved certified accounts without reservations, marked by significant growth in financial and operational indicators.

Revenue Growth of 22%

In 2025, ANCFCC achieved a record revenue of nearly 11 billion dirhams, reflecting a 22% increase over the previous year.

This performance has resulted in a strengthened contribution to public finances. The Agency transferred 7.5 billion dirhams to the State, including 6.5 billion dirhams directly to the general budget, illustrating its growing importance in public revenue.

Ongoing Activity in Land Security

Beyond its financial results, ANCFCC continues to modernize its missions in land conservation, cadastre, and cartography.

The Agency is accelerating the digitization of its services, land registration, and processing operations to enhance the legal security of real estate transactions and improve the quality of services offered to citizens, investors, and professionals.
